Angels with Paws Online Booth Space Registration

To secure your booth space, complete application  and pay space fee.  Once accepted, booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

10′ x 20′ space is $40

Non-Profit Organizations are no charge

All vendors other than non-profits must have sales tax number from the State of Texas and are responsible to collect and report their own tax to the state. Non-profit vendors will need to show proof of status. 
Any vendor with food items for sale must have their food handler certification. State Cottage Law declaration must be displayed at the booth or on your individual items.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs and are responsible for their own person, personal equipment, and product in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
Unloading, setup, breakdown and re-loading your equipment and products is solely the responsibility of each individual vendor.
The number of same/similar type of product booths will be limited. Similar product booths will be positioned a reasonable distance apart.
Angels with Paws Foundation, and the event committee reserve the right to examine any items to be sold/exhibited.
This is a family event and all merchandise and services offered for sale, demonstration or for informational purposes must be suitable for ALL guests. To protect the integrity of the event, the event committee reserves the right to deny any vendor application. Failure to comply may result in vendor suspension from future events. 
Vendor parking will be marked.
Angels with Paws Foundation, and the event committee will not be responsible or held liable for any damage to any person, any person’s property, loss, theft or damage of any personal equipment or products.
